This very charming cabin with many updates gets you right on the shores of Madeline lake which also connects to Carrol for over 500 acres of water activities. Knotty pine interiors of yesteryear welcome you inside but its truly about the outdoors here. Just steps to the shoreline you have a small set of stairs where you can put your dock, but this year the Sellers have it over to the right with a gentle walk down. Storage unit is about 5' 6" x 8 for any of those extras needed such as tackle box, fishing poles, life preservers, etc... There is even another storage area where shared items are found such as shovel, rake, lawn mower for all to us. With this small condo community you can still enjoy that Northwoods feel and as a bigger bonus, pets are allowed. Owners use this mostly in summer but have enjoyed those wonderful days of zero degrees as well. If you are looking for that move in ready cabin, this is it!
